Using allegation rule,
Ratio of number of employees in section P to number of employees in section Q
= (35000 - 30000) : (30000 - 20000)
= 5000 : 10000
= 1 : 2
Given,
Total number of employees in section P = 250
Total number of employees of company 
= 250 × 3/1
= 750
Total number of employees in section Q 
= 750 × 2/3
= 500
Required difference 
= 500 - 250
