The error is in the first part of the sentence. “I” should be used instead of “Me”. In the given sentence ‘She and me’ are the subject of the sentence and they decide in something, whereas in order to use ‘me’, the person being referred to, has to be the object of the sentence. Thus, “me” should not be used with “she”, “I” should be used with “she”.
Hence option 1 is the correct option.
