After mixing 10% water, Quantity of the mixture = 110 * 110 / 100 = 121 litre

CP of One litre of Solution = Rs.1

Total CP = Rs.100

Profit = 121 – 100 = 21

Profit % = 21 * 100/100 = 21%

Let the original solution be x.

After first mixing, the new solution becomes 1.1x (since 10% of x is added).

After second mixing, the new solution becomes 1.1(1.1x) = 1.21x (since 10% of 1.1x is added).

The profit percentage is calculated as (selling price - cost price) / cost price * 100%.

Since the solution is sold at cost price, selling price = cost price = x.

Therefore, the profit percentage is (x - x) / x * 100% = 0%.

Answer: Option B (21%).
