Let the leakage will empty the full tank in X hours.
∴ In 1 hour, the leakage can empty = 1/X
⇒ The tap fills the tank in = 20 hours
∴ The tap fills in 1 hours = 1/20
⇒ (Tap + leakage) fills the tank in = (20 + 10) = 30 hours
∴ (Tap + Leakage) can fill in 1 hour = 1/30
According to problem,

∴ The leakage will empty the full tank in 60 hours.
