Then, Sagar's efficiency would be 20% more, i.e., 1.2 units.

Let's say the total work is 60 units (since Pranesh can complete the work in 30 days and his efficiency is 1 unit, it means that the total work is 30 units).
So, Pranesh can complete 2 units of work in a day (since he can complete 60 units of work in 30 days).
And, Sagar can complete 2.4 units of work in a day (since his efficiency is 1.2 units and Pranesh's efficiency is 1 unit).

Let's say they both work together for 'd' days to complete the work.
So, the work done by Pranesh in 'd' days = 2d units
And, the work done by Sagar in 'd' days = 2.4d units

As they both work together, the total work done in 'd' days = 2d + 2.4d = 4.4d units

We know that the total work is 60 units.
So, 4.4d = 60
Or, d = 60/4.4
Or, d = 13.6363 (approx)

Therefore, both Sagar and Pranesh can complete the work in (13 7/11) days.
