A two digit number is 4 times the sum of and 3 times the product of its digit,
⇒ 10x + y = 4(x + y)       ----(1)
⇒ 10x + y = 3xy       ----(2)
From equation 1 and 2,
⇒ x = 2 and y = 4
∴ The number is 24.
