The salaries A, B, C are in the ratio 2 : 3 : 5. If the increments of ...
Given: The salaries A, B, C are in the ratio 2 : 3 : 5.

Increment in salaries:
- A: 15%
- B: 10%
- C: 20%

To find: New ratio of their salaries

Solution:
Let the original salaries be 2x, 3x, and 5x respectively.

After the increments, the new salaries will be:
- A = 2x + 0.15(2x) = 2.3x
- B = 3x + 0.10(3x) = 3.3x
- C = 5x + 0.20(5x) = 6x

Therefore, the new ratio of their salaries will be:
2.3x : 3.3x : 6x

Dividing by the highest common factor, 2.3x:
= (2.3x/2.3x) : (3.3x/2.3x) : (6x/2.3x)
= 1 : 33/23 : 60/23

Thus, the new ratio of their salaries is 23 : 33 : 60, which is option C.
