Total number of balls = 4 + 4 + 2 = 10

Two balls are drawn at random, so total number of ways = 10C2

Probability that none of the balls are red = probability of drawing 2 white balls + probability of drawing 2 green balls

Probability of drawing 2 white balls = 4C2/10C2 = 6/45

Probability of drawing 2 green balls = 2C2/10C2 = 1/45

Probability that at least one ball is red = 1 - probability that none of the balls are red

= 1 - (6/45 + 1/45)

= 1 - 7/45

= 38/45

= 2/3 (approx)

Hence, the correct option is D.
