Features of Dicot Stem:

I. Hypodermal Sclerenchyma
- A layer of thick-walled, lignified sclerenchyma cells present just below the epidermis.

II. Conjoint Vascular Bundle
- A type of vascular bundle in which xylem and phloem are present together on the same radius.

III. Unequal Size Vascular Bundle
- The vascular bundles are arranged in a ring, and their size varies, with the larger ones towards the periphery, and the smaller ones towards the center.

IV. Parenchymatous Endodermis
- A layer of living parenchyma cells present just inside the endodermis.

V. Presence of Protoxylem in Vascular Bundle
- The protoxylem elements of the xylem are located towards the periphery of the vascular bundle.

Out of these features, options a, b, and d can be eliminated because they do not include feature IV, which is present in dicot stems. Option c includes features II, IV, and V, all of which are present in dicot stems. Therefore, the correct answer is option c.
