Electrons are never find inside the nucleus....
when neutron breaks it produce an electron, proton and antiparticals ... thus formed electrons are through out from nucleus in form of beta particles.
hope you got it.

Charged Particles Emitted by the Nucleus:
Beta rays, also known as beta particles, are charged particles emitted by the nucleus of a radioactive material during the process of beta decay. These particles can be either beta-minus (β-) particles, which are high-energy electrons, or beta-plus (β+) particles, which are positrons.

Electromagnetic Radiation:
Beta rays are not electromagnetic radiations like gamma rays. Gamma rays are high-energy photons emitted by the nucleus during gamma decay. Beta rays, on the other hand, are actual particles emitted by the nucleus.

Electrons Orbiting Around the Nucleus:
Although electrons are negatively charged particles that orbit around the nucleus in an atom, beta rays are not electrons orbiting around the nucleus. Beta particles are specifically emitted by the nucleus itself during radioactive decay processes.

Neutral Particles:
Unlike neutral particles such as neutrons, beta rays are charged particles. Neutrons are particles found in the nucleus of an atom that do not carry an electric charge, whereas beta particles are charged either positively or negatively.
In conclusion, beta rays are charged particles emitted by the nucleus of a radioactive material during beta decay. They are not electromagnetic radiations, electrons orbiting around the nucleus, or neutral particles.
