Congress Socialist Party (CSP) was a socialist political party in India, formed in 1934. The party was formed by a group of socialist leaders who were dissatisfied with the policies of the Indian National Congress. The party aimed to promote socialist policies and to establish a socialist society in India. Let's look at the given statements:

1. It advocated the boycott of British goods and evasion of taxes.

- This statement is incorrect. The Congress Socialist Party did not advocate the boycott of British goods or evasion of taxes. Instead, the party believed in the use of non-violent civil disobedience to achieve political and economic freedom from British rule.

2. It wanted to establish the dictatorship of proletariat.

- This statement is partially correct. The Congress Socialist Party was influenced by Marxist ideology and believed in the establishment of a socialist society. However, the party did not advocate for the dictatorship of the proletariat. Instead, it believed in democratic socialism, where the working class would have a say in the political and economic decision-making process.

3. It advocated separate electorate for minorities and oppressed classes.

- This statement is also incorrect. The Congress Socialist Party believed in the unity of all classes and communities and did not advocate for separate electorates. The party believed in the abolition of caste and communal divisions and the establishment of a secular society.

Therefore, the correct answer is option D, none of the statements are correct.
