Well this is out of scope and out of syllabus type question ...but for for your enthusiasm I will tell....look there is a formula to calculate that after how many bases does the restriction site will appear...formula is n^n....n to the power n....where n is the no bases in its restriction sites...here 4 so answer will be 4^4= 256 bases...means after 256 bases it will make a cut again now to calculate probability per bases it will be 1/256....
