What is development? What are the developmental goals a) Literacy rate...
Development doesn't depend on any one factor but it depends on each of the following... If literacy rate would be great then there will be more educated persons who can make changes in society and do some betterment for it... If we talk about sustainable development then it's very important for development because for development we shouldn't only think about present but also for our next generation so it's also important.... if we talk about infant mortality rate then it's also very important.... per capita doesn't give us actual income of everyone but it is also important... Life expectancy is also important because it gives us the average life span of every citizen so if more the days people live more they'll work for development....
SO, IF WE CONCLUDE... DEVELOPMENT DOESN'T DEPENDS ON ANY ONE FACTOR BUT IT DEPENDS ON MANY FACTORS, AS ONLY MONEY IS NOT EVERYTHING BUT LIFESTYLE, COMFORT, ETC; ARE ALSO OTHERS FACTORS WHICH AFFECT DEVELOPMENT OF ANY COUNTRY.
