Solution:

To find the number of rooms required to house the participants of each language, we need to divide the total number of participants of each language by the number of participants that can be accommodated in one room.

Let the number of participants that can be accommodated in one room be x.

For Urdu language participants:
Number of participants = 45
Number of participants in one room = x
Number of rooms required = 45/x

For Hindi language participants:
Number of participants = 75
Number of participants in one room = x
Number of rooms required = 75/x

For English language participants:
Number of participants = 135
Number of participants in one room = x
Number of rooms required = 135/x

Since we want all the participants in one language to be in the same room, we need to take the ceiling value of the number of rooms required for each language.

Therefore, the total number of rooms required to house all the participants are:

Total number of rooms required = ceil(45/x) + ceil(75/x) + ceil(135/x)

Note: ceil() function is used to round up the result to the nearest integer value.

Example: If x = 20, then the total number of rooms required are:

Total number of rooms required = ceil(45/20) + ceil(75/20) + ceil(135/20) = 3 + 4 + 7 = 14

Therefore, 14 rooms are required to house all the participants if each room can accommodate 20 participants.

In general, the formula to find the total number of rooms required to house all the participants are:

Total number of rooms required = ceil(number of participants in Urdu/x) + ceil(number of participants in Hindi/x) + ceil(number of participants in English/x)
