All of the above ans is not possible bcoz charge/size ratio is not correct for DNA determination.....
Nd in ncert there is also given that for determining the mobility of DNA SIZE ND CHARGE SIZE matter ....
so in 4th option in place of all of the above the better ans is both A nd B
