Actually stroke volumn mean blood pumped by left ventricle .(mainly) that value is 70 ml.. then cardiac output is 70×72 = 5000ml lump sump .. and bloop pumped by heart because heart is auto excitable.. due to nodal tissue like SA node and av node..
