Air passes in our body by the respiration process as follows:-
Air enters our body through the nasal cavity . When it passes through the nose , the extra particles present in the air are trapped by the mucus and hair present in the inner lining of nose. From the nasal cavity air passes to the pharynx . Pharynx is it tube which is connected with the digestive system. From this tube pharynx , the air reaches larynx . Larynx is also known as the voice box . The vocal cords present in larynx help us to produce vocal sounds . From larynx , the air moves to trachea . Trachea is also known as windpipe which is connected to the chest. In the lungs pressure device to form right and left bronchi. Mucus in the bronchi traps the extra particles present in the air. Finally the air travels from the bronchi to the small passages called bronchioles.

In respiration, air passes througha)Pharynx → nasal cavity →...
In respiration air passes first through the nose or nasal cavity where it contain so many hair and mucous which filters the dust particles which come along with the air .Then this air goes to the pharynx which is the common passageway for food and water and this air goes to the larynx or voice box which when vibrated when air pass through it which helps us to talk. Then air goes to the windpipe or tranchea. Tranchea is a long tube which contain mucous which filters the dust particles that enter with the air. Then this air goes to the bronchi present in the lungs and this bronchi get subdivided into bronchioles and air goes to the bronchioles. In the end of every bronchioles there is an round ball like structure called as alveoli and the air enters it.
