Leucocytes is the another name of white blood cells which are of five types, three of them are basophiles, neutrophils and eosinophils. Leucocytes are divided into two categories, granulocytes and agranulocytes. Granulocytes include neutrophils, basophils, eosinophils, and mast cells. Their granules contain enzymes that damage or digest pathogens and release inflammatory mediators into the bloodstream. So, these are phagocytic in function, so called phagocytes. Hence, option d is correct.
