Yaa...it is option 3 bcz..as we all know that ca plays a key role in muscle contraction and nerve impulse transmission...Mg is a blocker of ca..means it will uptake the ca ion from the sarcoplasmic reticulum ( store house of ca)... as It is up taking there will be no ca left to attach on troponin c ..so masking take place which leads to the muscle contraction..thus helps in the contraction of muscle...
