Kalika - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Seema - - - - - - - - - - - - - Ankur
7th from bottom 9th from top
Since there are 35 students in total, we can subtract Kalika's rank from the bottom and Ankur's rank from the top to find Seema's rank from the bottom and top:
35 - 7 = 28 (Seema's rank from the bottom)
