Given data:
Pressure of gas at initial state (p1) = p
Initial volume (V1) = V
Final volume after isothermal expansion (V2) = 2V
Final volume after adiabatic expansion (V3) = 16V
Adiabatic index (γ) = 5/3

Calculating final pressure after isothermal expansion:
For an isothermal process:
p1V1 = p2V2
p2 = p1(V1/V2)
p2 = p(1/2)
p2 = p/2

Calculating final pressure after adiabatic expansion:
For an adiabatic process:
p1V1^γ = p3V3^γ
p3 = p1(V1/V3)^γ
p3 = p(1/16)^(5/3)
p3 = p/32

Final pressure of the gas:
The final pressure of the gas after the adiabatic expansion is p/32.
