ICSH (interstitial cell-stimulating hormone) is a hormone secreted by the anterior pituitary gland.

Explanation:
ICSH is also known as luteinizing hormone (LH) in females. In males, it is responsible for stimulating Leydig cells present in the testes to produce testosterone. In females, it stimulates the production of estrogen by the ovaries and also triggers ovulation.

The secretion of ICSH is regulated by the hypothalamus through the release of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). GnRH causes the anterior pituitary gland to release both LH and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), which work together to regulate the reproductive system.

Therefore, the correct answer is option 'A' - Anterior pituitary.
