1. While giving several mock tests, you will find an order that suits you the most. You will learn how to manage your time. However in the actual exam, a major factor is the psychological pressure and stress. One must learn to handle stress for any exam. In the medical field, you will be writing exams till you are 30.
2. Read every option. Read them backward to ensure you read them all.
3. There is a correct answer to every question. But there is always a better answer. Choose the best answer.
4. Rule out options (simple probability). When you choose from 4 options, you have a 25% chance of being correct. When choosing from 2 options, the probability doubles!
5. In case of a long question, better to read the options 1st and then the question. Otherwise, you will keep giving multiple readings to the question, later to realize the options were so simple.
6. Never be stuck on a question for too long. If a question is difficult/has too much calculation, it decides the top rank. If it is easy it decides your selection. Getting difficult questions right is not an achievement.
