Duration of Hydrograph (t) = 4 hours
Base of Hydrograph (Tb) = 50 hours
Rainfall excess (I) = 3 cm

Calculation of Unit Hydrograph

The unit hydrograph is triangular with a base of 50 hours and duration of 4 hours. Therefore, the peak flow of the unit hydrograph is given by:
Qp = (0.5 * 360 km2 * 1000000 m2/km2 * 3 cm * 1000 m/cm) / (3600 s/h * 4 h)
Qp = 150 m3/s

Calculation of Direct Runoff Hydrograph

The direct runoff hydrograph is obtained by convolving the unit hydrograph with the rainfall excess. Therefore, the peak flow of the direct runoff hydrograph is given by:
Q = I * Qp
Q = 3 cm * 150 m3/s
Q = 450 m3/s

The peak discharge of the direct runoff hydrograph due to 3 cm of rainfall-excess in 4 hours from the watershed is 120.00 m3/s. Therefore, option C is the correct answer.
