As a resident of 12 Civil Lines, Rohini, I have witnessed firsthand the deteriorating conditions of the roads, which are not only causing inconvenience but also posing serious safety hazards to the residents.

1. Dug Roads:
Most of the roads in the MG Road area are riddled with large and deep potholes. These potholes not only damage vehicles but also pose a significant risk to pedestrians. It is disheartening to see that these dug roads have been left unattended for a long time, causing immense inconvenience to the public.

2. Overflowing Drains:
Furthermore, the drains in the area are frequently overflowing, leading to waterlogging on the roads. This not only makes commuting difficult but also creates breeding grounds for mosquitoes and other disease-carrying insects. The stagnant water poses a severe health risk to the residents, especially during the monsoon season.

3. Garbage Disposal:
In addition to the dug roads and overflowing drains, another major concern is the improper garbage disposal. The roads are littered with piles of garbage, emitting a foul odor and attracting stray animals. This not only compromises the cleanliness and hygiene of the area but also poses health hazards to the residents.

4. Consequences:
The poor condition of the roads in the MG Road area has resulted in frequent accidents, damage to vehicles, and inconvenience to the public. Moreover, the lack of timely repairs and maintenance reflects poorly on the authorities responsible for the upkeep of the infrastructure.
