Poona pact was signed between mahatma Gandhi and ambedkar. Br ambedkar was demanding a special electorate for untouchables. But Gandhi knows that will effect their spirit of oneness. He decided to do fast unto death. Then br ambedkar signed this pact with him mahatka gandhi in 1932.it gave special seats to depressed classes which r now known as scheduled castes.
