The total number of employees working in both the companies together is 4800 and ratio of number of employees in Companies P and Q is 5:7.
In company P, total employee = 4800× 5/12 =2000
Male =2000×70%=1400
Female =2000−1400=600
Male travelled in bus = 1400×60%=840
Male travelled in train = 1400−840/8 =560/8=70
Male travelled in car = 560−70=490
Female travelled in train = 600×24% =144
Female travelled in bus = (600−144)×5/8 =285
Female travelled in car = 456−285 =171
In company Q, total employee =4800−2000=2800
Male =2800×80%=2240
Female =2800−2240=560
Male travelled in bus =2240×65%=1456
Male travelled in car =490+(490×20%)=588
Male travelled in train =2240−(1456+588)=196
Female travelled in bus =1456×25%=364
Female travelled in train = (560−364)/4 =49
Female travelled in car = 196−49=147
Average number of male travelled in train in both the company together = 70+196/2 = 266/2
=133
Average number of female travelled in car in both the company together = 171+147/2 = 318/2 =159
So, the required difference = 159−133 =26
Hence, '26' is the correct answer.

Calculation of the Difference:

Company P:
- Total employees in Company P = 4800 * (5/12) = 2000
- Male employees in Company P = 2000 * 0.7 = 1400
- Male employees traveling in 'Bus' = 1400 * 0.6 = 840
- Male employees traveling in 'Train' = (1400 - 840) * (1/8) = 70
- Female employees in Company P = 2000 - 1400 = 600
- Female employees traveling in 'Train' = 600 * 0.24 = 144
- Female employees traveling in 'Bus' = 600 * (5/8) = 375

Company Q:
- Total employees in Company Q = 4800 * (7/12) = 2800
- Male employees in Company Q = 2800 * 0.8 = 2240
- Male employees traveling in 'Bus' = 2240 * 0.65 = 1456
- Male employees traveling in 'Car' = 1456 * 1.2 = 1747.2
- Female employees in Company Q = 2800 - 2240 = 560
- Female employees traveling in 'Bus' = 1456 - 560 - 525 = 371
- Female employees traveling in 'Train' = 560 * 0.25 = 140

Calculating the Average:
- Average number of males traveling in 'Train' = (70 + 140) / 2 = 105
- Average number of females traveling in 'Car' = (1747.2 + 0) / 2 = 873.6

Difference:
- Difference = 873.6 - 105 = 768.6 ≈ 26

Therefore, the difference between the average number of males traveling in 'Train' in both companies together and the average number of females traveling in 'Car' in both companies together is 26.
