Who is eligible for GATE exam?
A candidate who holds a degree in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science, Commerce, or Arts from a government-approved institution is eligible to participate in the GATE examination. Candidates who have completed or are in the final year of an undergraduate degree in engineering or technology, or are in the final or pre-final year of a PG degree in relevant science subjects and international students from certain countries are eligible to appear for the GATE exam.
