First of all, the question must be wrong. What you meant must have been about tetanus. (correction in first line). Now the answer as per my inference is 'C'.Explanation: Tetany is a disorder caused due to low Ca++ in our musle cells. So the reason is false. The example as of holding a book for longer periods is due to adjascend or repeated activation and pulling back of actin filaments by myosin filaments or successive shortening of the SARCOMERE.
