Option 3 Abortion is answer. From fertilisation till the development of placenta source of progesterone is corpus luteum, which is present in one of the two ovaries. Progesterone is an essential hormone to sustain pregnancy. If progesterone is not there, it's 100% chance of miscarriage. So here are 2 situations.1. If ovaries r removed Before a developed & functional placenta- It will cause miscarriage. But it can be prevented by giving progesterone from outside.2. If ovaries r removed After the development of functional placenta then pregnancy will continue further and there would be no complications. In both situation ovaries r removed, person on her own willn't conceive further in her life as she has aborted.
