Answer is 1/3 let M1 be the mass of big sphere and M2 be mass of small sphere and x be the distance of c.o.m from M1 and R+x from M2 now equating both u get x=M2R/M1-M2 and by putting mass =volume*density in the above equation u get x=R/3. Hope this will help u
