For biology read NCERT thoroughly as many times as possible, min 5 times before exam, use NCERT AT FINGERTIPS for biology once you are confident in previous year questions,for physics use hc verma and if you have time also solve dc pandey,always starmark questions you find tough in solving first time, this should be only questions which u have to solve during revision,for chemistry also first complete NCERT, for advance level questions of physical chemistry u can solve RC Mukherjee
