(x + (x+2) + (x+4) + (x+6) + (x+8) + (x+10) + (x+12))/7 = 10

Simplifying the above equation, we get:

7x + 42 = 70

7x = 28

x = 4

So, the seven consecutive even numbers are 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16.

Now, if we include the next three even numbers, they will be 18, 20 and 22.

Therefore, the new set of numbers will be 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 22.

To find the new average, we need to add all these numbers and divide by the total count, which is 10.

(4+6+8+10+12+14+16+18+20+22)/10 = 130/10 = 13

Hence, the new average is 13.

Therefore, option (c) is the correct answer.
