The pyruvate goes into link reaction to produce 1 NADH(H+)=3 ATP
This acetyl co-A from link reaction goes into Kreb's cycle to produce 3 NADH2(=3×3=9ATP) and 1FADH2=(2ATP).
Also in the reaction , substrate level phosphorylation occurs to produce 1 GTP =(1ATP).
So it all equals to....
