Whatever is the sign between two consecutive integers starting from 1 to 100, it will be odd. So, we are getting 50 sets of odd numbers. Now, whatever calculation we do among 50 odd numbers, result will always be even. So, A will win always.

Two players A and B are playing a game of putting ‘+’ and ...
We just have to determine whether the sum of nos from 1 to 100 is odd or even. Now in 1-100 there are 50 odd and 50 even numbers. Sum of the 50 even nos will be even. So nos left are 50 odd + even. Also we know sum of even times odd nos. Is even. So sum of 50 odd nos is even. Thus final sum is even.. And thus A wins
