Problem: Father's age is three times the sum of ages of two children. After 5 years, his age will be twice the sum of ages of two children. Find the age of father.

Solution:

Let the age of the first child be x and the age of the second child be y.

According to the problem,
Father's age = 3(x+y)

After 5 years,
Father's age = 3(x+y) + 5

Sum of ages of two children after 5 years = (x+5) + (y+5) = x+y+10

According to the problem,
Father's age after 5 years = 2(x+y+10)

Now, we can form two equations as follows:

3(x+y) + 5 = 2(x+y+10)

Simplifying the above equation, we get:

x+y = 25

Substituting x+y = 25 in the equation:

3(x+y) = Father's age

We get:

Father's age = 75

Therefore, the age of the father is 75 years.
