For symmetric,
if n,m to R
then m, n and should also be

so, relation is not symmetric
example:3 is the factor of 6
but 6 is not the factor of 3


For transitive ,
if n,m belongs to R
and m,o belongs to R
then automatically n,o belongs to R
therefore relation is transitive

hence the relation is reflexive and transitive but not symmetric
