The balanced chemical equation is:

MnO4^- + 5FeC2O4 + 8H+ → Mn2+ + 5Fe2+ + 10CO2 + 4H2O

From the equation, we can see that 1 mole of ferrous oxalate requires 1 mole of MnO4^-.

Therefore, the number of moles of MnO4^- required to oxidize one mole of ferrous oxalate completely in acidic medium will be 1 mole.
