I am also confused between b and c here. As here if the option given as decrease in oxygen availability to cells the b will definitely be the correct one. But as its not the case here, c can also be the ans. Because carbon monoxide due to its higher affinity to Hb than oxygen, binds with Hb more than oxygen.
note: in some books the ans of this question is given c.
If anyone know the correct ans with surety please let me know. ^_^
