A certain amount of an ideal monoatomic gas needs 20J of heat energy t...
∆H is given at constant P

which is equals to nCpdT
Cp of monoatomic gas =5R/2

from here ,
n =4/5R

now at constant volume we have to calculate ∆U=nCvdT
Cv for monoatomic gas =3R/2

∆U=4/5R×3R/2×10
∆U=12J
Community Answer

20=nCp10 (1)
x=n×Cv10(2)
dividing 1and2
20/x=Cp/Cv

Cp/Cv for monoatomic=5/3

20/x=5/3

x=12
