Calculation of Absolute Pressure in a Liquid

Given Data:
Atmospheric pressure = 10m of water
Specific weight of the liquid = 12KN/m*3
Depth of the point below the free surface of liquid = 2m

Formula:
Absolute Pressure = Atmospheric Pressure + Gauge Pressure
Gauge Pressure = Specific Weight of Liquid x Depth of Point

Calculation:
Gauge Pressure = 12KN/m*3 x 2m = 24 kPa
Absolute Pressure = 10m of water x 9.81 m/s^2 + 24 kPa
Absolute Pressure = 98.1 kPa + 24 kPa
Absolute Pressure = 122.1 kPa
