Solution:
Given, atmospheric pressure = 10m of water
Specific weight of liquid = 12KN/m*3
Depth of the point below free surface = 2m

Step 1: Calculate the pressure due to atmospheric pressure
We know that pressure due to a liquid = specific weight x depth
Pressure due to atmospheric pressure = 10m of water = specific weight of water x depth of water
= 9.81KN/m*3 x 10m
= 98.1kPa

Step 2: Calculate the pressure due to the liquid at the given point
Pressure due to liquid at the given point = specific weight of liquid x depth of the point
= 12KN/m*3 x 2m
= 24kPa

Step 3: Calculate the absolute pressure at the given point
Absolute pressure at the given point = pressure due to atmospheric pressure + pressure due to liquid at the given point
= 98.1kPa + 24kPa
= 122.1kPa

Therefore, the absolute pressure at the point 2m below the free surface of the liquid in kPa is (D) 122.1.
