v.. people can approach local government for solving a problem easily and quickly the cost is also reduces to minimum.

vii.. local governments provide training in becoming active participants in the working of a democracy it trains for leadership.

viii.. local governments is grassroot level ensurity, stability, strength and health of democracy.
