Here the o blood group does not contain any antigen the immune system of blood group A person will produce antibody only when their is foreign particle or antigen is present on surface of blood that's why clumping will not occur

O blood group has no antigen that means that if the donor is of O blood group will donate his blood to any recipient of any blood group, there will be no antibodies formed by the recipient's blood group.
Why ?
Because antibodies are formed by the immune system in response to the antigen. If there is no antigen, there is no requirement of antibody production and the blood group will be acceptable by every recipient.
O group people have anti-A and anti-B antibodies- so if you mixed A, B or AB red cells with plasma from an O person they would cause agglutination (clumping of the red cells).
Why ?
Because antibodies are formed by the immune system in response to the antigen. If there is no antigen, there is no requirement of antibody production and the blood group will be acceptable by every recipient.
