Para hydrogen= if both the spin of nucleus are in opposite direction that are known as para hydrogen...and they are also called singlet hydrogen...and ortho hydrogen= if both the spin of nucleus are in same direction that are known as ortho hydrogen and they are also called triplet hydrogen...at zero degree Celsius para hydrogen are present but as ortho hydrogen Very less present..and as we increasing the temperature percentage of ortho hydrogen increases and at room temperature percentage of ortho hydrogen is 75% and para hydrogen percentage is 25% and if we talking about internal energy and stability ...then these both properties are greater for ortho hydrogen than para hydrogen..so first assertion is wrong...and second assertion is also wrong because all physical properties are same for both hydrogen except themal conductivity ...themal conductivity of para hydrogen is 50% greater than ortho hydrogen..and also melting point is 0.15k less than ortho hydrogen..and also this both hydrogen are together known as nuclear spin isomer... so both assertion is wrong ...I hope that helps you...
