Calculation of Electrostatic Force between Two Fixed Charges

Given Data:

- Charge 1: 3 microcoulomb at position (i j k)
- Charge 2: 3 microcoulomb at position (2i 3j 3k)

Calculation:

1. Calculate distance between the two charges using distance formula:

distance = sqrt((2-1)^2 + (3-1)^2 + (3-0)^2)

= sqrt(1 + 4 + 9)

= sqrt(14) meters

2. Calculate electrostatic force between the two charges using Coulomb's law:

electrostatic force = (k * q1 * q2) / r^2

= (9 * 10^9 * 3 * 3) / 14

= 5.14 * 10^9 N

where k is Coulomb's constant (9 * 10^9 Nm^2/C^2), q1 and q2 are charges of the two particles, and r is the distance between the two charges.

Result:

The electrostatic force between the two fixed charges is 5.14 * 10^9 N.
