Nowadays due to the presence of harmful gases like carbon mono oxide and carbon dioxide in the environment is degrading the quality of air. Almost in a year number of vehicles are manufactured which ultimately increase the content of toxified gases in air. the amount of fresh air is decreasing day by day due to which numerous has herbs and shurbs have to suffer a lot. Many unknown diseases are becoming known to us.
so I therefore request you to please start a campaign to reduce the use of vehicles for shorter distance. odd and even system should be inculcated. riding bicycle should be encouraged. government should so some concern and start initiative and implement some laws for rule breakers.
yours faithfully

Write a letter to editor Hindustan Times delhi expressing how air poll...
Dear Editor,
I am writing this letter to express my concern about the devastating effects of air pollution on our environment, particularly on the flora and fauna. The issue of air pollution has become a significant problem in Delhi, and it is affecting our greenery, wildlife, and even our health.
Impact on Flora and Fauna
Air pollution has a direct and indirect impact on our flora and fauna. The harmful gases and pollutants present in the air are absorbed by plants through their leaves and roots, leading to a reduction in their growth and productivity. Moreover, the pollutants in the air cause soil acidification, which makes it difficult for plants to grow. This, in turn, can lead to a decline in the food and habitat of animals and birds, causing a reduction in their population.
Ways to Overcome
It is high time that we take necessary steps to overcome the issue of air pollution. Here are some ways to combat air pollution:
1. Promote Public Transportation and Carpooling: Encouraging public transportation and carpooling can significantly reduce vehicular emissions.
2. Use of Renewable Energy: Promote the use of renewable energy, such as solar and wind power, to reduce dependence on fossil fuels.
3. Plant More Trees: Planting more trees can help absorb the harmful pollutants from the air.
4. Reduce the Use of Plastics: Reducing the use of plastics can help reduce the amount of waste that ends up in landfills, which contributes to air pollution.
5. Promote Green Buildings: Promoting green buildings that use energy-efficient appliances can help reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Conclusion
In conclusion, air pollution is having a severe impact on our environment, and it is high time that we take necessary steps to combat it. By promoting public transportation, using renewable energy, planting more trees, reducing the use of plastics, and promoting green buildings, we can significantly reduce air pollution and protect our environment.
Yours sincerely,
