We can use the formula for synchronous speed of an induction generator:

Ns = 120f/P

where Ns is the synchronous speed in RPM, f is the supply frequency in Hz, and P is the number of poles.

For a 4-pole generator, P=4, so Ns = 120f/4 = 30f.

When the generator is feeding power to a load at frequency f1, its synchronous speed is 1500 RPM, so:

Ns = 1500 RPM
30f1 = 1500 RPM
f1 = 50 Hz

When the load is partially removed and the frequency drops to f2, the synchronous speed remains the same at 1500 RPM, so:

Ns = 1500 RPM
30f2 = 1500 RPM
f2 = 50 Hz

Therefore, f1 = f2 = 50 Hz.
