The peak value of the input voltage is:

Vp = √2 * Vrms = √2 * 230 = 325.27 V

The average output voltage can be calculated using the following formula:

Vavg = (2/π) * Vp * cos(α)

where α is the firing angle in radians.

α = 30° * π/180° = 0.5236 radians

Vavg = (2/π) * 325.27 * cos(0.5236) = 218.4 V

Therefore, the average output voltage of the thyristor-bridge rectifier is 218.4 V.
