Performing the cross similar to Mendle's F1 cross with gametes T and t from both the parents we get 25% affected children (tt), 50% carriers (Tt) and the rest 25% unaffected (TT). I think it will b option d because the mother is a carrier and the father two ,so both the affected alleles would participate in the formation of the genetic constitution of the zygote so it will be affected after all.
